Project timelines vary significantly by technology and scale. A 20MW solar farm typically takes 18–24 months from inception to commissioning. An offshore wind project of 300MW+ may take 5–7 years given marine surveys, grid connection timelines, and planning requirements. We're transparent about timelines from day one.

Absolutely. We're always looking for suitable land for solar and wind development across Ireland. We handle all planning, environmental surveys, grid connection, and financing — you simply lease the land and receive an annual rental income for 25+ years. We structure projects using a combination of equity (our own balance sheet and institutional investors), green bonds, EIB project finance, and RESS auction revenues. We can also develop projects on a fully financed EPC basis for clients who prefer a turnkey delivery model with minimal capital commitment.
